My Coaching Story
Transforming capable leaders into exceptional ones—that's what I do.
I wasn’t always the leader I wanted to be. My coaching story really begins with me as a senior leader ready to take that next step and become a VP. Well, I thought I was ready. The CEO, however, did not, and said that I needed gravitas. While it was hard to hear, I listened. With the support of my manager, the organization got me an Executive Coach who helped me improve my executive presence, strategic planning, and how to lead effectively in every direction. She was phenomenal. After this experience, I was able to land a position as a Senior Vice President.
This experience also planted the seed of becoming a coach myself someday. Nothing gives me more professional satisfaction than being able to help others become their best selves. For years, I was able to do this in a mentoring capacity, then I decided to make it my primary commitment. I took the next step and completed Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership program. Since then, I have been able to focus fully on supporting other leaders. I know firsthand what it feels like to have someone in your corner who helps you see what you can't see yourself. That's what I'm here to do for you.
