Shazia Miller holds a PhD in Human Development and Social Policy from Northwestern University and completed Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership for Leadership Coaching. She has served as Senior Vice President at Mathematica Policy Research and NORC at the University of Chicago and has held leadership roles at the American Institutes for Research, Learning Point Associates, the Chicago Public Schools, and the Consortium on Chicago School Research. Her work has been published in leading academic journals and presented at national and international conferences.

She is based in the Chicago area and works with clients across the country.
